ZYB
ZYB, owned by Vodafone, allows you to stay in sync with your friends through its connected address book. As part of a further phase of development, I led design work aimed at clarifying ZYB's current offerings, solving existing usability issues and adding greater functionality.

Working as part of Vodafone’s concept development team, I led teams from frog design and ZYB through an intense re-design of the entire product while, at the same time, adding greater functionality. At one point our design team alone was working in 6 timezones.
My personal responsibility was to strengthen the concept of ZYB’s current offering and bring it into line with planned future development, as well as to steer the day to day design work and manage the inevitable political issues.
