Openreach web portal
Openreach, a BT Group business, requested a complete re-design of their customer portal. I led the user experience work on tracks looking at process re-engineering, template design and information architecture.

The Openreach portal was re-designed from the ground up, delivering a much-improved user experience.
The public-facing site is now more engaging and easy to use, while the portal’s customer functionality is clearer, more reliable and much more usable.
