I am a lead UX designer with 11 years’ experience in design, research and strategy across a range of industries and on a range of platforms.
My goal is to move design to the heart of product strategy, to continually probe assumptions and explore unexpected opportunities, to create a product that is not only compelling, but that feels indispensable.
Since 2007, my focus has been on leading cross-platform product design for media and telecommunication business across web, TV and mobile platforms. I work closely with company leadership, product owners and developers to establish successful design teams and processes. I draw heavily from lean methodologies, and am a firm believer in multidisciplinary teams, rapid exploration, and learning from experimentation.
