I’m a talented user experience consultant with over 6 years’ experience of solving problems in a variety of sectors and industries. I’ve run projects that have lasted for years, and involved teams from all over the world. I’ve also run projects that have lasted for weeks, and seen me lurking in call centres and drawing on hotel walls. I’m passionate about what I do, and I believe that no project is too big, or too small, to benefit from a user-centred approach.
